| บทคัดย่อโครงการ | The purposes of this study were to investigate 1) the risk management level of fishery business in the south, 2) the relationship between the risk management and the operation of fishery business in the south. The target group was 60 executives and own fishery business who registered with Department of Fisheries in Nakhon Si Thammarat and Surat Thani province. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research results indicated that the risk management of business as overall was the high level. Considering individual aspects, it was found that all aspects were the high level that control activities there was the most average. Next, information for communication and risk assessment there was the least average. The operation result of fishery business as overall was the high level. Considering individual aspects, it was found that all aspects were the high level that internal process there was the most average. Next, finance and customers there was the least average. The testing result of the risk management there was relationship to the operation result of fishery business as overall. Considering individual aspects, it was found that internal environment, event identification, risk assessment, risk response, control activities and monitoring and evaluation there were relationship to the operation result of fishery business on finance, customers and learning process.
